Operation Fulfilment & Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment & Operations (70%)
• Pick, pack, and prepare gift orders for delivery.
• Assemble gift boxes according to order requirements and quality standards.
• Perform gift personalization, including applying stickers, ribbons, tags, and customized items.
• Conduct quality checks before dispatch.
• Manage inventory and packing materials.
• Coordinate with courier partners and arrange deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Assist with stock receiving, counting, and replenishment.
• Social Media & Marketing (30%)
• Create and post content on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Take photos and videos of products, gift sets, and behind-the-scenes operations.
• Assist in filming and editing short-form videos and reels.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required.
• Research trends and suggest creative content ideas.
• Assist in updating product listings and website content.
• Support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Requirements

• Based in Singapore.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on packing and fulfillment work.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Capcut and basic content creation.
• Able to take aesthetically pleasing photos and videos using a mobile phone.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment.
