Research Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Research Analyst, who will play a crucial role in optimizing our complex production system through advanced analytics and machine learning. You will work on challenging problems in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise in statistical analysis and uplift modelling. Responsibilities Develop and implement performance metrics; Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for market share growth; Optimize trading constraints and evaluate changes; Conduct A/B tests and analyze data; Decompose strategies into measurable components; Detect anomalies and analyze performance issues; Accelerate decision-making processes by designing analytical dashboards; Improve simulation credibility by training dynamic parameteric models. Requirements Strong Python skills with experience in pandas, numpy, and PyTorch; Solid understanding of probability theory and mathematical statistics; Proven experience in data analysis and machine learning; Expertise in statistical testing and A/B experiment design; Familiarity with ML system design; Passion for investigating complex open-ended questions through data analysis; Desire to develop decision-making skills based on probabilistic metrics; Enthusiasm for optimizing metric sensitivity and power.
