Responsibilities

  • Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmaps: Define and champion a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders. This includes conducting thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, stakeholder / customer satisfaction, and inform future decisions.

Requirements

  • You have knowledge of building data platforms and are familiar with GCP, Azure or AWS cloud stack
  • You have experience working with complex financial and operational data in retail/ecommerce
  • You understand financial metrics, including P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • You can rapidly prototype using AI tools
  • MBA with STEM background is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management OR 11 years' experience in product management or related area.
  • You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
