Additional Information
Authentic helps insurance brokers create better insurance products for their clients. We provide the technology platform and behind-the-scenes support that lets brokers build custom insurance solutions for specific industries or customer groups. Think of us as the operating system that powers these specialized insurance offerings. For brokers, this means they can offer unique products their competitors don't have, earn more money, and spend less time on paperwork and administrative tasks. We handle the complex (technology, compliance, and partnerships with highly-rated insurance carriers), so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their business. As Authentic scales across both our New York and Dayton offices, we're building out the People team to support our employees and create a workplace experience that grows with us. We're hiring a People Operations Associate to be the on-the-ground HR partner for our Dayton office and the operational backbone of our people function. You'll handle the day-to-day work that keeps the People team running smoothly - onboarding, interview scheduling, HR support, office operations, and team events - while partnering closely with our Head of People to build the systems that make Authentic a great place to work. This role reports to our Head of People.
