Payment Operations Specialists play a crucial role in supporting the Payment Operations Organization to reach its vision: a seamless flow of customer funds. By ensuring high-level execution of daily responsibilities and consistently supporting Payment Operations in reaching SLAs, you will help our customers receive their funds faster 24/7 globally. The role gives a unique opportunity to learn how different currencies function, and impact customers on a global scale. What You'll Do - The core ownership lies within daily tasks and responsibilities and the impact is well-defined, clear, and largely shared collectively with the team. In this role, you'll add to that mission by: Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of daily tasks related to payment processing. Supporting your team by reaching your role-set SLAs and KPIs, which in turn contribute to the team meeting its main performance metrics and SLAs. Detecting and escalating domain-related problems and complex issues to Regional Payment Operations teams, ensuring timely and relevant communication with stakeholders. Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates. Accurate and detail-oriented: You pay attention to the little things and are meticulous and precise in your task execution. Performance-driven: You are SLA-driven and motivated to hit team and personal metrics. Customer-centric: You place customers first and make no compromise on this. You must be legally authorized to work in Brazil. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role. You are comfortable with a shift rotation schedule , including occasional weekend and holiday coverage to support our global customers.
