REQ13536 Assistant Manager, Social Media (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: Assistant Manager, Social Media reports to Manager, Social Media and is responsible for the execution of social media strategy and implementation to drive brand advocacy and customer conversion & loyalty. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage relevant social media content to drive growth and engagement on social media platforms. Manage monthly social media calendars, monthly social media shooting and deliver monthly reports. Assist in planning and implement social media outreach campaigns to drive awareness. Develop and manage social influencer programs, social media shooting programs and entertainment shows. Manage relationships with social media platform partners and agencies on campaigns. Analyze and review social media marketing effort. Monitor social media trends and key competitors' activities. Manage and monitor efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media Perform other duties when needed
