Additional Information
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Data Coordinator to support program operations, data management, and workflow coordination across multiple service lines including Inspection (INSP), Audit (AUD), and Engineering (ENG). This role will focus heavily on Google-based tools and systems management, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and event coordination across 25+ active programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and experienced with Google Workspace applications, data tracking, and workflow management systems.
