Candidate Profile: Strong experience managing International Insurance Programs, including captive and complex multinational structures. Demonstrated expertise in global program servicing, implementation, and administration. Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of accounts and multiple stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge of international insurance operations, governance, and compliance requirements. Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading junior team members. Excellent communication, relationship management, and client-facing skills. Ability to identify operational risks and implement practical solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and service-level commitments. Degree or Diploma in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional insurance qualifications preferred
