Job Requirements We are seeking a senior-level associate (4-8 years of experience) with a proven track record in sophisticated estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. Exceptional mid-level candidates with strong credentials and demonstrated leadership ability will also be considered. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to supervise and mentor junior associates, while independently managing complex matters. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Extensive experience designing and drafting complex estate planning documents, including Revocable Trusts, ILITs, SLATs, IDGTs, GRATs, and related wealth transfer structures. - Experience with the transfer of QSBS stock, business interests, and real estate, including addressing the complexities of entity structures, valuation, succession planning, and tax implications. - Proven ability to manage and oversee complex trust and estate administrations, including trust modifications, decantings, mergers, nonjudicial settlement agreements, and trust terminations. - Ability to conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis involving multijurisdictional and occasionally cross-border estate planning considerations. - Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to producing high-quality work and supervising junior team members.
