About the role

We are seeking an experienced Global Technical Services Project Manager to lead and drive execution of complex, cross-functional projects within a global technical services environment. Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of project management experience in technical / IT / services environment
  • Proven experience managing global or cross-regional projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience using project tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar )
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum
  • Experience in technical services, post-sales, or service delivery environments
  • Exposure to customer-facing or client-driven projects
  • Background in technology, telecom, SaaS, or consulting industries
