  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, digital performance, and retail marketing, preferably in financial services, remittances, or payments.
  • Strong expertise in customer insights, pricing, and business strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving paid performance marketing campaigns and maximizing ROI.
  • Experience working with teams across region and time zone and working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
