Job Description: Job Description Your work environment: We are looking for a motivated Junior Controller based in Korinthos, Greece, to join a dynamic manufacturing environment within a multinational organization. Your mission in Crown: As a Junior Controller , you will support the finance team in monitoring and analyzing the plant's financial performance. You will be involved in budgeting and forecasting activities, assisting in the preparation of financial reports and variance analysis. You will contribute to cost tracking, inventory valuation, and basic production order analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. You will support the preparation of monthly closing activities and help maintain financial controls in line with company policies. The role requires the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends or discrepancies, and support decision-making by providing clear and structured insights. Exposure to SAP, reporting tools, and manufacturing finance processes will be considered a strong advantage. You will work closely with senior team members to develop your analytical skills while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. About you: You hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and have 0-2 years of experience in a finance or controlling role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment. You have an understanding of accounting principles (knowledge of US GAAP is a plus) and a strong interest in cost analysis and financial reporting. Familiarity with SAP is considered an asset. You have strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and are comfortable handling and analyzing data. You are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and analytical, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You enjoy working as part of a team and have good communication skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. A proactive attitude, willingness to develop, and a collaborative mindset are key to success in this role.
