Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans, promotions, and activities to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, inventory levels, and product availability.
  • Ensure proper implementation of planograms, pricing, displays, and merchandising standards.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates, and concession partners.
  • Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and delivery status to avoid out-of-stock situations.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within the territory.
  • Ensure proper deployment of promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
  • Support marketing campaigns, store activations, and trade events.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Merchandising teams for operational requirements.
  • Prepare and submit territory reports, sales updates, and store performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • With experience in Sales, Retail Operations, Merchandising, or Field Work is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in inventory monitoring and merchandising is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to do field work and travel within the assigned territory.
