Responsibilities

  • Monitor process performance, troubleshoot abnormalities, and lead root‑cause analysis.

  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus (willingness to learn is sufficient).
  • Hands‑on mindset and ability to work effectively with operators, maintenance, and engineers.

Requirements

  • Experience in elastomers, monomers, reliability, or data analytics.
  • Experience running plant trials and supporting capital projects.
  • Working knowledge of DCS batch logic systems
  • Experience with polymerization technologies
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑alignment skills.

Job Summary As a Process Engineer in our FluoroElastomers unit, you are the technical heartbeat of daily operations. You ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production while delivering improvements in quality, uptime, and cost. You split your time between the plant, control room, and data analysis - working closely with operators, maintenance, engineering, and site leadership.
