Responsabilidades e Atribuições Realizar o monitoramento contínuo de eventos e alertas de Segurança da Informação por meio de plataformas SIEM e demais ferramentas de segurança; Efetuar a triagem, correlação e análise inicial de eventos de segurança, identificando potenciais incidentes e seguindo os procedimentos de resposta definidos; Investigar alertas de segurança, coletando evidências e realizando o registro detalhado das análises efetuadas; Realizar o tratamento inicial e o escalonamento de incidentes para equipes especializadas quando necessário; Monitorar a saúde operacional de ambientes gerenciados, identificando indisponibilidades, degradações de serviço e eventos críticos; Apoiar o atendimento de chamados relacionados a redes, infraestrutura e soluções de segurança, conforme procedimentos operacionais estabelecidos; Auxiliar na análise de alertas e eventos relacionados a ambientes cloud (Azure, AWS e GCP), incluindo alertas operacionais, segurança e consumo de recursos; Participar de War Rooms e atividades de resposta a incidentes críticos; Manter registros atualizados e garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos. Requisitos e Qualificações Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Segurança da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento em monitoramento de segurança e operação de SOC; Experiência ou familiaridade com plataformas SIEM, preferencialmente FortiSIEM; Conhecimentos de redes TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, NAT e protocolos de comunicação; Conhecimento básico em investigação de eventos de segurança e resposta a incidentes; Familiaridade com ambientes Microsoft Azure, AWS ou Google Cloud Platform (GCP); Inglês intermediário para leitura de documentação técnica e interação eventual com fabricantes. Diferenciais Experiência previa em SOC, MSSP ou operações de segurança gerenciada; Certificações em Segurança da Informação, Cloud ou Redes.
