Responsibilities
- Execute and Manage External and Internal Events: Oversee and assist in the coordination of special events, including corporate meetings, fundraisers, galas, and internal FCC events.
- Client Walkthroughs: Conduct final walkthroughs with clients of the event space prior to their event to ensure all needs are met.

- Ensure Event Area Readiness: Ensure all event areas, including catering spaces, meeting rooms, and any other involved areas, are clean, properly set up, and ready for the event.
- Report Feedback: Gather and report client feedback after the event to the private events department to continuously improve future events.
- Collaboration with Stadium and Event Operations Teams: Communicate effectively with various teams (Stadium & Event Operations, Sales, Guest Experience, Security, Grounds Crew, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping) to meet client expectations and deliver successful events.
- Interpret Event Documents: Read and interpret floor plans, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and menus to ensure all event arrangements align with client requirements and expectations.
- Represent FC Cincinnati Professionally: Always present yourself and represent FC Cincinnati and its affiliates in a professional and positive manner.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned to support the overall success of private events at TQL Stadium.
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple departments and external vendors.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet client needs and changing event requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to lift and move event materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
