Responsibilities
- Accurate entry of supplier and customer master data
- Validation of banking details for suppliers
- Process weekly payments for assigned segments and brands, including Check, ACH, Credit Card and Wires
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assigned activities, particularly for internal key and non-key controls
- Manage the Positive Pay file process
- Process and send 1099 and 1042 tax documentation for assigned segments and brands on an annual basis; handle and resolve any B-Notice issues
- Develop and maintain accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities in scope for Data Operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within scope of responsibility timely, accurately and in full
- Other duties as assigned
- Education & Experience
- Required:
- High School + two year's of relevant experience or Associates Degree in accounting or similar major
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred:
- Related work experience
- Additional skills in accounts payable/receivables database management and queries
- System troubleshooting experience
- Ability to travel as needed for training
- Hourly Pay Range: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
