Summer student working in the Barbie Lab. Check experiment supplies to ensure there is no shortage and restock them if they run out. Perform cell culture, treat cells with drugs, conduct immune blotting, quantitative PCR, and ELISA. Understand cancer immunology and the mechanisms of drug-torelant persister cells. Perform research and other educational activities conscientiously, maintain good research records, and catalog and maintain all tangible research materials that result from the project. Respect all ethical standards when conducting research, including compliance with all institutional and federal regulations. Show respect for and work collegially with co-workers, support staff, and other individuals. Do his/her best to satisfy all project deadlines outlined by the advisor. Pay Transparency Statement The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills and qualifications. For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). $31,200.00 - $41,200.00
