If you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different that what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply! 工場運営に必要となる物品やサービスを調達するとともに、契約の管理を行う 社内の関係者と連携してニーズを把握し、購買要件に落とし込む。発注書の作成や承認など、定められた権限範囲内で購買業務を行う。 必要な物品やサービスを、効率的かつコスト効果の高い方法で調達する。 サプライヤーや社内の利用部門と良好な関係を築き、維持する。また、詳細を調整し、スムーズな購買活動を推進する。 品質、納期、価格の条件を満たす物品やサービスを確実に納入できるよう調整・整備する。 アジアパシフィック地域やグローバルとの サプライヤー評価ミーティングに参加する。コスト削減や効率化の成果、その他の関連指標を報告し、改善の機会を特定する。 購買倫理規範、Sarbanes-Oxley 法404条、ISO、企業の基準や価値観、監査ルール、関連法規を遵守する。 【必須要件】 ネイティブレベルの日本語運用能力 英語による意思疎通が可能な方（目安：TOEIC800点以上/海外との会議において、発言・意見交換が行えるレベル。） 設備関連の発注、仕入れ、折衝など何らかの購買業務(Purchasing)の実務ご経験をお持ちの方 四年制大学卒業以上 【歓迎要件】 化学業界に関する知識をお持ちの方。 調達対象となる物品・サービスに関する市場動向への理解。 契約書を業務で取り扱ったことがあり、契約条項・条件・契約設計について理解のある方。 ビジネス上の課題や財務原則について、基礎的な理解をお持ちの方。 At Cabot, we bring the power of innovative chemistry and a spirit of partnership with our customers to advance solutions that will enable a sustainable future.
