The Monitoring Services Technician's primary responsibilities are to receive and route packages to appropriate department, ensure samples, equipment, paperwork, etc. are placed into proper workflow, sign in returned equipment, assemble, maintain and calibrate equipment, to fill client orders. Job functions: Routes incoming packages to appropriate department. Opens packages and signs in returned equipment. Performs cosmetic equipment maintenance. Prepares accessories (tubing, client facing documentation, media bags, etc). Performs inventory counts, ensuring proper levels at all times. Perform light equipment maintenance. Assembles, inspects, tests, and/or calibrates all items needed to fill client orders, per LIMS order summary. Calibrates equipment and/or checks equipment calibrations. Performs Quality Control checks of routine client orders. Works with internal departments to fill client orders. Ships client orders using vendor software platforms (UPS, FedEX and DHL). Adheres to SOPs, ensuring proper procedures are followed consistently. Maintains all required documentation with accuracy and clarity. Provides exceptional customer service both internal and external clients. High School Diploma (Required) Diploma and 1-2 years of general work experience (Preferred) Proficient English language skills (Required) Strong attention to detail (Required) Basic reasoning and mathematical skills (Required) Basic computer skills (Required) Ability to lift/carry/push or pull upwards of 30 lbs, constantly (Required)
