Receptionist cum Administrative Junior Executive

SLAB Services Private Limited is seeking to hire a Receptionist cum Administrative Junior Executive. The successful candidate will be the welcoming first point of contact for our visitors while supporting the smooth running of daily office operations. Responsibilities& Duties - Welcome visitors warmly and attend to their queries - Manage meeting room bookings - Co-ordinate with tea attendants to serve refreshments to clients and visitors - Coordinate overseas courier request - Frank outgoing mails and ensure proper cost recovery - Route incoming fax to the relevant parties - Take on any other duties as and when assigned Qualifications/ Skills - Relevant experience in a similar role preferred - Demonstrates professionalism when receiving guests and representing the organisation - PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word - Meticulous, strong organisation and communication skills - A 'can do' attitude, a team player with initiatives - Good written communication and telephone etiquette - Able to multitask and adapt to changing environment A competitive and attractive remuneration package awaits the successful candidate.
