Job Overview To provide service activities for medical equipment in healthcare environments, based at our customer site. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer location in accordance with Company's established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts. Handling administrative work associated with service delivery. Responsible for customers' complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance. Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department. Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork. Sharing of knowledge and providing advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment. Hard-working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager. Minimum Requirements ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 3 years' working experience in field service for industrial equipment Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines. Hard-working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in both verbal and written English Technical or manual requirements which are typically learned or acquired through training, these should be measurable and observable. Personal and social attributes which tend to be innate or acquired demonstrate the capability to perform the job responsibilities. Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions Field-based position with frequent presence in Hospitals sector requiring strict adherence to hospital infection control and safety policies. Physical requirements such as handling, lifting and replacement of parts, must observe ergonomic and safety-based practices. Must comply with all company environment, health and safety policies, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment when required. May work extended hours during peak business cycles. Travel requirements: occasional.
