Responsibilities

  • Fixed Assets Controlling
  • Monitor and execute Fixed Assets additions transfers, and deletions with accuracy and compliance.
  • Actively contribute in enhancement of Fixed Assets Deletion system
  • Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Assets Register to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare Fixed Assets schedules and related supporting documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Execute monthly depreciation runs and ensure proper accounting and timely closure.
  • Cost Controlling
  • Perform IT controlling activities and monitor cost optimization initiatives.
  • Execute standardized allocation processes while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor and execute Group Cost Recharge activities accurately and within timelines.
  • Support forecasting activities for the reporting entity, ensuring reliability and alignment with business expectations.
  • Group Reporting & Local Reporting
  • Prepare accurate and complete Balance Sheet Specs every month, ensuring all GLs are reconciled and key movements are clearly explained.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership of month-end closing activities by independently managing deliverables and ensuring timely submission in the Group Reporting Pack
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of the Statutory Audits by providing all required schedules, clarifications, and reconciliations, and by prompt resolution of audit queries.
  • Experience & Qualification:
  • Chartered Accountant having 2-4 years of relevant experience in fixed assets, cost controlling & Reporting.
