Senior/ Engineer, Design (CaaS, Chiller, Air-Con, SCEM, 5.5K)

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveysand assess technical requirements and constraints
• Develop and optimise system designs, including equipment sizing, selection, and configuration
• Perform simulationsto evaluate design options for efficiency, cost, and operational feasibility
• Support Business Development by providing technical solutions for tenders and proposals
• Conduct Green Mark gap analysis and recommend improvements to achieve certification targets
• Prepare and submitapplications for approvals, legislations, and grants on behalf of clients
• Ensure compliancewith building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to align design intent and project requirements
• Communicatetechnical solutions clearly to clients, internal teams, and management
• Identifyopportunities to improve design processes and best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field (preferably sustainability-related)
• 2 years or above ofrelevant experience
• Good to have certifications: BCA Energy Auditor, GMAP/GMAAP, SCEM
• Strong ACMV design,analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communicationand stakeholder management skills
