Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Luxury Residential Bell Person to join our team at our association, Millennium Tower, in San Francisco. The responsibilities focus on deliveries to units such as luggage, packages, groceries, messages, etc. Additionally, the Bell Person will walk the property, they are to assist in picking up and/or cleaning any loose debris or trash that they may find and alert the Concierges of any condition demanding attention, ie., Maintenance Requests. The Bell Person will also cover the breaks of the Concierge and Door Host. Compensation: $21.00- $25.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)+ Covered Benefits + Holiday Bonus + Annual Bonus ranging anywhere from $7,000 to $20,000 Schedule: 5 Days Per Week; 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, 10:45 AM - 7:15PM and 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM; Weekends Required *Schedule is not guaranteed and is subject to change based on operational needs* Why You'll Love Working at Action At Action Property Management, we believe in creating an environment where you truly love where you work. Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- 2+ years of prior experience in a hotel or residential building preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in service and hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holiday as required.
- Ability to lift and transport packages, luggage, and other belongings safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions depending on the building layout and entrances.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
