Associate Agency Agent

Responsibilities

• Performance
• Working some evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior insurance industry experience is required, brokerage experience is a plus. Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Job requirements include:
• Proactively source, develop, and convert outbound leads
• Prospect and consistently build your sales pipeline through follow-up and outbound calls
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving policy retention

Requirements

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred (outbound sales a plus)
• Active Personal Lines or P&C insurance license required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Life insurance license
• Strong computer skills and excellent organizational abilities
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Ability to successfully complete background, credit, and drug screenings
