- $75k-$100k+ per placement - Fully remote - work from anywhere (Dubai, Thailand, London, etc.) - Live US mandates across quant + software - Structured process, clear submission standards - Training and support to help you ramp quickly You focus on finding and qualifying great talent. We provide the roles, clients, and framework.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality Quant Dev & Software Engineering candidates
• Qualify candidates properly and submit to live mandates
• Manage the process from first conversation through to submission
• Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline
