- Executive & Niche Pipeline Delivery: Drive research, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement strategies for leadership and specialized positions

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing and projects
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's talent market and proven experience in proactive candidate sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of talent markets, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies. Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, JobStreet and other databases to proactively source and engage candidates.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under tight deadlines.
- Independent, resourceful, and collaborative team player.
