- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Industry experience:
- Telecommunications experience highly desirable
- Alternatively, experience in a complex or regulated industry such as financial services, FMCG, or similar environments

Part-time contract (initial 6 months, likely extension) Location: North Ryde Working model: Hybrid - 2 days per week in office We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a major HR, Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) implementation program . Working closely with the project team and senior change practitioners, this role will support change activities by capturing impacts, coordinating communications and training activities, monitoring adoption, and helping embed new ways of working across the organisation.
