Manager, Transport Operations (Schools)

Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and execute transport operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Lead and manage coordinators and bus crew, both internal and external, to maintain operational effectiveness
• Receive and process route orders and onboard passengers according to established procedures
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries and facilitate onboarding processes
• Plan and assign routes to drivers to optimize route coverage and ensure safety
• Lead training sessions to maintain and improve service quality standards among transport crew
• Proactively address customer feedback, queries, and complaints to enhance service satisfaction
• Adopt and promote IT tools and technology to improve workflow and train crew members on their use
• Maintain focus and multitask effectively to meet customer deliverables under pressure
• Apply knowledge of road directions to support route planning and driver coordination
• Demonstrate a positive, willing attitude as a learner, worker, and leader within the team
