Responsibilities
- Sales
- Convert enquiries into Bookings: Efficiently manage and convert sales leads received via phone, email, web into confirmed bookings within a dynamic, multi-channel contact sales centre environment
- Comprehensive Guest Servicing: Provide end-to-end service by offering flights, rails, pre/post accommodation, Gold Seal Protection to meet all guest travel needs
- Achieve Sales Targets: Execute direct sales strategies to drive revenue growth, achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Lead Management: Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to guests who have submitted enquiries or brochure requests, converting interest into bookings
- CRM & GDS Proficiency: Use CRM systems and GDS platforms to manage bookings, track leads, and maintain accurate guest records
- Guest Relationship Ownership: Take full ownership of the guest journey, anticipating needs, delivering exceptional service from initial contract through to post-travel follow-up, ensuring every interaction is a memorable "Moment of Truth"
- Operational and Administrative tasks: Support ministrative work related to travel services
- Travel fairs (consumer / trade)
- Participate in travel fairs (consumer and trade exhibitions)
- Customer Relations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bookings and customer communications
- Reply with acknowledgement emails to all passenger feedback received through various channels, including email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms
- Coordinate and forward customer feedback and related correspondence to the relevant department for further action
- Represent the brand professionally through consistent and high-quality customer interactions
- Experience & Requirements:
- Minium 2 years' experience in Travel or Hospitality industry preferred
- Customer service, Tele-sales experience, with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, including sales conversion and commission-based target
- Work under pressure and multi-tasks while maintaining professional rapport with clients
- Understand customer needs and propose best alternatives
- Customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across multiple channels
- Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforces and GDS
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Independent and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays during Roadshow/Travel Fairs
