About the role

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Expeditionary Directorate Table of Allowance (TOA) of NAVFAC OSF. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying Navy acquisition directives to assist in executing plans for operational requirements; 2) Identifying and providing program management principles to assess cost, schedule, and performance, and support risk management; and 3) Create and provide technical reports, briefings, and coordinate programmatic issues across multiple Expeditionary Navy organizations.
