Titan Security is hiring Flex Officers to work at various locations in the Detroit, Michigan area. Responsibilities include: Perform concierge and patrol services at assigned properties, ensuring the safety and security of tenants, visitors, and assets. Conduct access control and gate entry operations at warehouse locations, verifying credentials and logging over-the-road drivers. Monitor and operate security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and incident reporting software. Write detailed and professional reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations. Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security threats. Respond promptly to emergencies, and incidents, following company and client protocols. Enforce company and client policies, including safety procedures, trespassing, and unauthorized access. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence. Adapt quickly to new environments, client expectations, and site-specific procedures. Other duties as assigned.
