Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Organised and able to work independently to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and demands, as well as in a team
• Experience in programme implementation and evaluation
• Proficient in digital communication tools

Work location: Thomson Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours Salary: $4200 per month 12 months contract Job Scope: People Development and Engagement Planning, coordinating and implementing engagement activities Maintain and review a talent network of social work and psychology scholars Designing and developing content and collaterals that effectively communicate and promote initiatives Framework Implementation and Evaluation Conducting literature reviews on best practices and guidelines Supporting the implementation and contextualisation of resilience-building and professional leadership development frameworks Engaging with internal and external stakeholders Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of framework implementation Crisis Management and Resilience Assisting the organisation of training to strengthen workplace resilience and crisis support Supporting the organising of events and training activities Administrative Work Assisting in documentation of meeting minutes and work processes Handle administrative duties as assigned
