About the role
Job Responsibilities 1. Financial Strategy and Governance Develop and implement the Company's financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across Singapore and regional operations. Manage multi-currency funding, foreign exchange exposure, and financial risk mitigation strategies. Optimize capital structure and financing arrangements to support business expansion and operational efficiency. Lead cash pooling and regional treasury initiatives where applicable. 4. Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Support fundraising, financing, mergers and acquisitions, investments, and other strategic transactions. Lead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and transaction execution. Coordinate external audits, statutory reporting, and stakeholder communications. Support investor relations activities and reporting requirements, including interactions with shareholders and external stakeholders. 5. Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration Build, lead, and develop high-performing finance, tax, treasury, and financial planning teams. Establish talent development and succession planning initiatives within the finance function. Partner closely with business, legal, operations, procurement, and compliance teams to support organizational objectives. Drive process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives. 6. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate governance practices. Strengthen enterprise-wide financial risk management and internal control frameworks. Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, tax authorities, and professional advisors. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management on business and investment decisions. Job Requirement Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA) preferred. 5+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, and compliance. Regional finance management experience preferred. Experience in corporate finance, fundraising, M&A, or investor relations is advantageous. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience in ICT, telecommunications, technology, or data centre industries is a plus.
