(B2B) Business Development Executive | Hazardous Waste Management Office Location : Penjuru Road Singapore Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm Monthly Salary : Base up to $5500 + Commission + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB) Employment Type : Full time, Permanent Contract Company Overview The company is a provider of engineering and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions. It supports industries such as offshore, marine, and energy by delivering fabrication, repair, and engineering services. Responsibility Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach. Generate qualified sales leads and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive business growth. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports , ensuring timely and effective tracking of performance. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and long-term retention. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks and generate new leads. Requirement Minimum 2 year of experience in waste management sales or related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own transport for work related travel Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services.
