Monitor and control risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions (RAID); maintain transparent reporting to executives. Manage budget, forecasts, and vendor statements of work; ensure change control compliance. Ensure security, compliance, and public‑sector standards are reflected in design and deployment. Deliver clear, concise communications (steerco decks, status reports, readouts) for technical and non‑technical audiences.
