The Job: Work with manager in formulating an executing marketing strategies to boost the sales in SP channel in order to meet the company KPI Monitor daily production result of our channel partners such as banks and brokers (refer business as well) Provide advice and assistance to front-line sales on onsite cross selling Provide update marketing information with selling skills and daily operations support to channel partners and clients enquiries Participate in product training with focus on advice from the selling skills and follow up on underwriting perspective Develop a new and potential SP partners Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to boost the sales The Person: University graduate or equivalent with 4 years of experience on life insurance of which with advantages of 3 years or more at supervisory level Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese Strong communication and accounts servicing skills Good negotiation and presentation skills Sound underwriting knowledge in life insurance Good connection in the intermediary market We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
