About the role
As a user acquisition specialist, you will play a key role in managing paid social campaigns on Meta, Tiktok and Google across multiple clients. You'll own campaign execution, testing, and optimization, working with creative strategists and growth marketing managers to drive client outcomes. You will strategically leverage our proprietary technology to unlock wins and scale media budgets efficiently
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end media management: campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization.
- Monitor and improve key metrics: CPI/CAC, ROAS, payback, retention .
- Diagnose performance shifts (creative fatigue, audience changes, funnel changes, attribution issues) and take action quickly.
- Maintain account hygiene: naming conventions, UTM/parameter integrity, QA checks, and documentation.
- Proactively suggest optimizations to improve clients' media program efficiency and
- scalability
Requirements
- 2-4 years of paid media experience (agency AND/OR consumer app experience highly
- preferred). Expertise in Meta required.
- Experience managing accounts with 7-figure annual media budgets.
- Strong presentation skills: the ability to craft compelling decks and speak effectively in
- client meetings is a must
- Strong analytical skills
- (Preferred) A deep understanding of mobile advertising (SKAN, AEM, MMPs, etc)
