Responsibilities
- Tendering & Budgeting
- Perform detailed taking-off and measurement of quantities from drawings
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost plans

Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Knowledge of Singapore construction practices
- Able to verify quantities from AutoCAD drawings
- Strong time management - ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Able to handle 1-2 projects simultaneously
- HDB or structural experience is a plus
