Facilities Operations Specialist

About the role

You will serve as an INSTALLATION ENERGY MANAGER in the Utilities Management Division of NVSUPPACTMID SOUTH. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical support and comprehensive energy management services; 2) Providing guidance in developing, executing, and managing energy programs; 3) Researching and acquiring energy consumption data to complete assigned projects; 4) Performing detailed energy audits, analyzing utility data from systems like DUERS and CIRCUITS, and monitoring usage patterns to identify savings opportunities; 5) Developing and executing targeted facility energy projects by leveraging a strong background in HVAC system operations and energy auditing.
