Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience must include the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Developing, coordinating, and documenting marketing campaigns, trainings and educating for activities for all areas regarding the Employee Assistance Program Providing EAP management consultations to military and civilian leadership, managers, and supervisors. Participating in meetings to review and evaluate the care provided to member and their families, identify opportunities to improve care given, and recommend actions when an issue arises.
