Responsibilities

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH As a part of the Nike Human Resources (HR) team, our team supports to attract, retain, and reward the world's most innovative people by creating programs to help them thrive. This role reports to the Manager, People Solutions Consulting based in Korea and works closely with cross-functional HR teams including talent planning, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations as well as business leaders across Korea. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is a collaborative and detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion. This individual is capable of balancing operational excellence with employee support, while contributing to both local and global HR initiatives. They demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in ambiguous situations, and the ability to build effective partnerships across functions. A high level of ownership and accountability is essential to ensure smooth execution of HR processes aligned with both global standards and local regulatory requirements. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Shared Services environment; experience in multinational or shared services organizations preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Native-level Korean and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or ServiceNow preferred, along with Microsoft Office proficiency Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
