What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will, Support & Supervision: Recruit, assess, and supervise foster carers, providing regular guidance, training, and development support. Child-Centred Practice: Attend placement planning meetings, contribute to care plans, and ensure children's voices are heard. Quality & Compliance: Complete assessments, reviews, and statutory checks, and present reports to the Fostering Panel. Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to ensure joined-up support.
