These roles are responsible for leading both greenfield developments and brownfield projects, including renovations, expansions, and adaptive reuse, from early planning through project closeout. As a senior member of the delivery team, you will leverage extensive construction and project management experience to manage complex scopes, guide clients through critical decisions, and ensure successful execution related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and risk.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Manage and control project budgets, schedules, change management, and forecasting for complex, multi‑phase projects.
  • Successfully deliver greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Coordinate and lead cross‑functional teams including designers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
  • Support site evaluations, constructability reviews, phasing strategies, and risk mitigation planning, particularly for complex or constrained brownfield environments.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Drive consistency, quality, and best practices across multiple projects or programs.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff and project team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of project management experience delivering complex capital construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multimillion‑dollar projects across diverse project types.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors (e.g., commercial, industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, technology, or institutional).
  • Proven ability to manage occupied facilities, renovations, phased construction, or asset repositioning efforts.
  • Experience supporting portfolio or program‑level delivery in a consulting or owner's‑representative environment.
  • Working Hours / Compensation Range
  • Full‑time, exempt position with standard business hours.
  • Compensation range is $110-125K, depending on skills, education and experience.
