About the role

ntegrity is a full-service agency with 95% not-for-profit clients. Our mission is to "help good grow." Our clients look to us for direction on how to grow their results, grow their team's capabilities, and in turn, grow their impact on the world. We're looking for an SEO Executive to join our performance team. You'll own the strategy, execution, and reporting of SEO across a portfolio of purpose-driven clients, acting as the bridge between data and the client. This isn't a task-runner role. You'll be expected to think strategically, identify what the numbers are actually saying, and translate that into clear recommendations clients can act on. You'll work closely with cross-functional squads across content, digital performance, and client success, presenting findings directly to clients and contributing to the organic growth of organisations doing meaningful work. This role is fully remote, based anywhere in Malaysia or The Philippines, working Australian Eastern Time (AET) with client meetings held virtually. It will begin as a contract position with the potential for ongoing employment after 12 months. About You Experience: 5-7 years of dedicated SEO experience, ideally within a digital agency or freelance environment. You'll be managing dashboards across 11 client accounts from day one, so prior agency experience is required over in-house only. Technical SEO: Strong working knowledge of site health auditing, crawlability, indexation, and site speed. Comfortable identifying and resolving issues across complex websites including subdomains, heavy JavaScript use, and localisation. SEO Tools: Advanced proficiency in Ahrefs. Familiarity with Semrush, Lumar, and Screaming Frog is a strong advantage. Data & Reporting: Proven experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Looker Studio dashboards. Strong command of GA4 and Google Search Console to stitch together a complete performance picture. Content Strategy: Ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and translate findings into structured, SEO and GEO-driven content outlines that creative teams and clients can act on. Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal English. You can look at a chart, explain what happened, and outline what comes next, without relying on technical jargon. Clients should leave every conversation clearer, not more confused. Analytical Mindset: Naturally curious about traffic fluctuations and algorithm shifts. You ask why before you ask what to fix. Bonus: Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow), Google Tag Manager, programmatic display, or conversion rate optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Dashboard Management: Own and manage up to 10 automated Looker Studio dashboards, tracking performance month-on-month and translating raw data into high-value insights, not just numbers on a slide.
  • Technical Auditing: Conduct comprehensive monthly technical health audits using Ahrefs and supplementary tools, identifying and prioritising crawl errors, indexation issues, and site speed bottlenecks.
  • Content Strategy: Lead keyword research to map organic opportunities and produce structured, insight-driven content outlines for creative teams and clients.
  • Off-Page Reporting: Monitor backlink profiles, tracking link acquisition, toxic link profiles, and competitor backlink strategies to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Client Communication: Present insights, technical findings, and content strategies directly to clients via video calls, with confidence and clarity. Guide clients to informed conclusions without hiding behind craft jargon.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct detailed competitor audits to uncover gaps and opportunities, feeding findings back into client strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SEO best practice, algorithm developments, and emerging tools. Proactively suggest improvements to agency processes and client approaches based on what you're seeing in the data.
