- Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality management systems and procedures, and support external audits as needed.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test procedures, and quality plans.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to ensure manufacturability and quality requirements are met.
- Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

- Should be capable of handling measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, Hardness tester, bevel gauge.
- Should have proper knowledge of the manufacturing processes related to assembly & testing processes of new mining products.
- Strong time management skills.
- In depth knowledge of materials & aware with IS & EN standards.
- ASNT level 2 in PT, MPT, UT is desirable.
