Merchandising Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the current order entry process
• Partner with subject matter experts to review and analyze existing processes
• Help identify and align on opportunities to streamline the order submission process
• Develop updated process documentation
• Support training and presentation of updates to the HOFR US Sales team
• QualificationsRequired
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks
• Proficient typing skills with a focus on speed and precision
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
• Preferred
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise order management / ERP systems is a strong plus
• Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, or data entry role
• Familiarity with retail, wholesale, or merchandising operations
• Major or coursework in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field

In this role, you will support the data entry and processing of merchandising display order requests, helping to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. It also serves as a short-term opportunity to improve our order entry and follow-up processes.
