The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with EVM-based chains, blockchain node operations, and secure smart contract engineering. /p> p> br> /p> p>Must-Have Technical Skills /p> p>Core Web3 / Blockchain Skills /p> ul> li>Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals including: /li> li>Transactions /li> li>Blocks /li> li>Gas fees /li> li>Wallets and private/public keys /li> li>RPC architecture /li> li>Finality /li> li>Consensus mechanisms /li> li>Hands-on experience with smart contract development using: /li> li>Solidity (preferred) /li> li>Hardhat /li> li>Foundry /li> li>Truffle /li> li>Remix /li> li>Experience with EVM-based blockchain networks such as: /li> li>Ethereum /li> li>Polygon /li> li>Arbitrum /li> li>Optimism /li> li>Binance Smart Chain (BSC) /li> li>Experience with enterprise blockchain platforms is a plus: /li> li>Hyperledger Fabric /li> li>Corda /li> li>Quorum /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p>Preferred Qualifications /p> ul> li>Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems /li> li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines for blockchain deployments /li> li>Understanding of blockchain security best practices /li> li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills /li> /ul> p> /p>
