Job Purpose: As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical and leading role in ensuring world-class standards across our manufacturing processes, directly impacting industries like mining, recycling, and food processing. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all QA/QC activities across manufacturing projects and routine production Develop, implement and supervise robust inspection and testing processes Drive quality improvements using tools like 8D, root cause analysis, and 7 QC tools Handle customer inspections, audits, and quality documentation (QAP, reports, etc.) Collaborate with suppliers and conduct vendor quality audits Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements Mentor and guide quality inspectors and technicians What We're Looking For: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance in manufacturing setting Strong expertise in NDT, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes Hands-on experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) Ability to read engineering drawings and solve complex quality issues Strong English communication and supervisory/managerial skills Why Join Us: Be part of a global MNC with a strong legacy and growth opportunities Futuristic Opportunity to lead end-to-end quality for high-value industrial equipment Exposure to global standards and international customers Chance to drive continuous improvement and process excellence Work in a dynamic, ISO-certified environment with cross-functional collaboration.
